In 2002, Kelli Nguyen-Ha retired from her last position in the health care industry as a DON (director of nursing)
Overseeing three units (CU, CCU, and telemetry), in pursuit of her dream
of being an entrepreneur. Kelli is now an entrepreneur, a
residential and commercial real estate investor, hotel developer, and business
transformation expert. She has experience in both hotel and short-term rental
developments in Texas, Arizona, and Georgia, as well as self-storage
and retail shopping center redevelopment in Tennessee, Florida, and Ohio.
She is a wife, a mother, a sister to her seven siblings, and a niece
to the only uncle she grew up with in the U.S., serving in place of her deceased parents.
