Kirk Kilgrave was born in Chicago and is a librarian because life is better when he's surrounded by books. He writes fast-paced supernatural mystery/thrillers and horror novels (which are just a tad bit scarier than his supernatural mystery/thrillers).
Each book features plenty of action, suspense, humor, twists and turns, and occasionally a little romance. He follows his doctor's advice not to write slow-burn horror or gothic horror because it triggers narcolepsy (sudden, overwhelming attacks of sleep) due to boredom.
