Writing began as a form of therapy to continue with his lifelong healing journey. Ellis now advocates for sexually abused people or those cruelly suppressed by life events beyond their control.
Kurt was raised in the southeastern USA. After a long and rewarding career as a regulator in the food manufacturing industry, he retired and remarried. He now lives in the Midwest with his husband.
