L. Fergus is a disabled US Army veteran and self-publishing author. After ten years of struggling with their diagnosis, L. began writing as therapy. What started as a bedtime story and a way to cope with symptoms has grown into a twenty-three-book multi-series featuring L.’s antiheroine Kita, the Fallen Angel. Many of Kita’s afflictions are L.’s afflictions, and together they work through their emotions (or lack of), pain, anger, and moods. L. and Kita love My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and adores Princess Luna as they see her struggle as similar to theirs. L. lives in Florida with two cats, Jupiter and Crater, and two dogs, Moxi and Valor.
