THE LOST ARCHIVE, a collection of stories, is my fifth book of fiction. Fraught relationships, mistaken identities, mysterious disappearances, and the search for love play out in these stories. Friendships are celebrated, ex-husbands cross the line, and Gertrude Stein attempts to write her memoir.
My fourth novel, THE UNMASKING, came out in 2020 and is an homage to the locked-room mystery beloved by Agatha Christie and others. The novel is a mystery involving a group of friends at a festival celebrating the performance of famous women in history. My third novel, THE DAY AFTER DEATH, was a 2017 Lambda Literary Award finalist in lesbian fiction.
Earlier novels are THE FOOL'S JOURNEY and DEATH OF A DEPARTMENT CHAIR. I'm co-author of FIND YOUR STORY, WRITE YOUR MEMOIR.
