Marcus Harvey is what we would call a modern-day underdog. Voted least likely to succeed throughout his formative years, Marcus has proved Nay Sayers wrong with many notable accomplishments. Marcus earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and currently serves as a college dean. As a former foster care child given the title troubled teen and told death or prison was certain by age twenty-one, it is safe to say his life's journey has proved these prophecies false. His first book, "Life Written in Poetry," reflects his life perspective, spirituality, and experience given to the world boldly in love through the art of spoken word poetry.
