Mason Stone was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO where he enjoyed the beautiful blue Colorado skies, while hiking, fishing, and camping. Mason went to grade school through college in his hometown. At the tender age of 6 in 1974 Mason had terrible stomach pains so bad his mother would have to pull him out of school and take him to the emergency. The doctors couldn’t find any physical issues, so they told his mother to give Mason a good spanking as he just wanted attention. As this went on, Mason's mother found a doctor that knew what may be causing him these issues. Mason had Generalized Anxiety Disorder. He was so anxious about school, and friends, he developed what was little known at the time (IBS) due to his anxiety. After being hospitalized for two weeks under the doctor’s orders, Mason was put on a special diet of mostly protein and very little sugar. Mason was so much better due to the diet, however, still needed help with his GAD. With time Mason tried different techniques to help. 48 years later through many trials, along with many changes in life, proper diet, and eventually some medication, Mason wanted to help others and decided to write this book. Mason understands that even though you may not look ill, people tend to ignore your pleas for help or do not fully understand what you are going through. Only people dealing with anxiety, depression, and panic attacks can genuinely empathize. This book has ideas Mason has tried over many years and knows will help you too. Please enjoy
