Melody Lovvorn is a seasoned professional in relationship, enneagram and trauma-informed family coaching with a career spanning over a decade, helping couples navigate crises and rebuild broken relationships. This invaluable experience, coupled with the personal insights gained as a parent of four recent college graduates, has culminated in the creation of "Number," an innovative Enneagram compatibility app.
Number was born out of the recognition that, to mitigate the heartbreak of relationship breakdowns and familial discord, intervention needs to occur long before the crisis point. The app aims to equip young adults, particularly college students, with the understanding and tools they need to form and nurture healthy relationships from the start. It uses the insightful framework of the Enneagram to provide these young adults with a deeper understanding of their own and others' behaviors, motivations, and communication styles.
Alongside developing Number, Melody is also penning the book "Signals of Love: “Guiding You Towards Successful Relationships Using the Traffic Light Approach”. This work seeks to provide additional guidance and insight to the college students transitioning into adulthood, who are navigating complex relationship dynamics. "Signals of Love" complements the mission of Number, reinforcing the concept that prevention is better than cure when it comes to relationship issues.
Believing that today's college students are tomorrow's families, Melody is passionate about providing them with preventative solutions and tools to foster authentic connections and cultivate emotional intelligence. By doing so, she hopes to contribute to the creation of stronger, happier communities, reflecting the hard-learned lessons from a career spent at the coalface of relationship crises.
By creating Number and writing "Signals of Love," Melody aims to make a real difference in the lives of young adults, preparing them for the challenges and joys of building meaningful relationships and growing emotional resilience. This mission is not merely a business venture, but a heartfelt mission stemming from years of dedication to fostering stronger, happier families and communities based on firsthand experience and professional expertise.
Melody is Executive Director of the non-profit organization Togetherness Project, and Founder of Number, an Enneagram Connections and Compatibility App. She loves gathering stories as the host of the podcast, Melody & Friends and loves adventuring outdoors, paddle boarding, food trucks and playing beach volleyball!
