Meredith Fogle, also known as Kentlands Resident Realtor, is a top-producing real estate agent and team leader in one of the most sought-after areas of the Washington, DC suburbs. A life-long resident of the Washington, DC area, Meredith has been licensed in real estate since 1998. She harnessed the power of real estate farming to launch an award-winning career, achieving Founders Club (the highest level of achievement) status during her years with her first brokerage, Long and Foster, membership in Remax’s prestigious Hall of Fame, and has been awarded year after year as a top agent in her area. Meredith opened a bespoke branch office for Old Line Properties in 2014. Most recently, she was recognized as one of the top 250 agents by volume by DC Metro Area Real Producers Magazine. Meredith is widely known as the Kentlands real estate expert.
Meredith attended Stone Ridge School in Bethesda, MD and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. She holds the National Association of Realtors’ esteemed CRS, e-Pro, and PSA designations, and is a member of the invitation-only Top Agent Network. Meredith has been a keynote speaker for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, sits on several local boards, holds the business seat for the Kentlands Community Foundation, and serves as executive producer and founder of Kentlands Community Players theatre company.
A frequent contributor to local newspapers and television programs (most recently, Good Morning Washington and the Washington Post), Meredith is also a published author and frequent real estate blogger. Her two romance novels, Star Struck and Pop Star (both written under the pseudonym, Meredith Michelle), were published by Kensington’s Lyrical imprint.
Meredith has also developed the popular real estate training program, “Career Kick Start,” and serves as a mentor and real estate coach. Meredith lives in the Kentlands with her husband and her three children.
