I'm Michael DeMarais. I enjoy writing uplifting poetry and stories which I am familiar with. I have written a small book "Lessons" that is about surviving living in the ghetto in St. Pete, Fl in the early 1990's. I lived it. And I walked away with my soul intact and found enlightenment after a great deal of self examination.
