Michael has led his coaching and consulting firm, Madera Partners, for over twenty years and his
essays have been featured in the family business press. He has helped scores of clients navigate
the complexity of organizational and family dynamics. He recently completed training to offer
ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, breathwork, and family systemic constellations.
Michael gets into flow and transcendence making music, playing sports, and with medicinal aids.
He has been writing and creating music since before he could shave, and now leads a dance band
with five friends. He is a force on the tennis court, a contender on the soccer pitch, and tries not
to get hurt playing hockey weekly.
