Raised between three states in the US, (New York, New Jersey, Vermont) and Kenya, East Africa, I can't easily identify where I'm 'from'. As an adult TCK, my wife and I have lived in Houghton, New York; Baltimore, Maryland; Tianjin, China; Muskegon, Michigan and Greensboro, North Carolina. Proud parents of three TCK children, two were born in the US and the youngest was adopted in China. Traveling and diving into rich cultures and sharing stories is a passion. My work includes coaching, debriefing, teaching and advocating for deeper and broader care for TCKs and the Third Culture community. Family time, reading, hiking, photography, kayaking and chai are some of life's joys.
