Michelle Hubert has spent the last 30 years in the financial services and insurance industry helping business owners attain operational and leadership excellence. She is an author and international speaker, specializing in developing leaders, building culture, and driving results.
A Million Dollar Round Table qualifier, Michelle has a proven track record of success owning and operating a financial services agency and coaching and developing leaders. Her experience as an agent, manager, director, and regional vice president gives her a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities present both in the field and at the corporate level.
As a principal with Korsgaden International, Michelle helps leaders develop world-class cultures and consistent, predictable results at every level of the business. Before joining Korsgaden International, Michelle was a regional vice president with Farm Bureau Financial Services where she led a team of 8 agency managers, 1 state growth consultant, 2 sales performance managers, 3 state trainers, 175 agents, and over 300 sales associates.
A true servant leader, Michelle is passionate about developing others to their highest potential. She believes that team engagement is the real measure of leadership success, and her results are evidence of the power of her serve-first philosophy.
Michelle is a member of the Finseca board of directors and served on the GAMA International board of directors and the GAMA Foundation board of trustees. She is an IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt™ and a certified trainer for the John Maxwell Team. She is the author of Freedom in a Framework: Moving Out of Chaos and Into Purpose. Michelle resides in Manhattan, Kansas, with her husband Tim. She enjoys spending time with her sons, Braydon and Cayle, Cayle’s wife, Krista, her granddaughter, Brylee and grandson Kayson, who live in Manhattan as well.
