Michelle combines her campaigning roles with board positions for SportsAid, a Sport England Talent Inclusion Advisory Board member and is a commissioner for The Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket. She is a senior honorary associate lecturer at the University of Worcester.
In November 2021 Michelle wrote her first non-fiction book Real Wins published by Nicholas Brealey, John Murray Press, Hachette UK.
