Michelle R. Scully earned her B.S. in Zoology and a M.S. in Biology, with an emphasis in Ecology. She's been a university researcher, DJ, college administrator, black jack dealer, biology instructor, and stay-at-home mom to her two sons. She's had more than a few adventure-related broken bones and has finally figured out the cause and effect. She and her family are part of a multi-generational family farming operation in northern California. She loves horses and her husband too, just like the Tom Petty song. She's written two books - Broken, Tales of a Titanium Cowgirl and Horsemanship and Life, a True Story.
