I am Mike Howard, former Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Microsoft for 16 years, with previous careers at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for 22 years and in my youth, a few years with the Oakland, California Police Department.
In the CIA, I worked primarily in the field of counterterrorism running operations around the world to fight terrorists.
My wife and I are retired and have moved to the Las Vegas area. We are involved in supporting at risk youth in Las Vegas and I am currently the President of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Foundation Board of Directors. We have two adorable chihuahuas- Kiku and Momo.
I have now published five books including two leadership books, "The Art of Ronin Leadership." and "The Art of Executing Ronin Leadership Strategies."
I have three books in my Jack Trench Thriller Series: “Full Circle,” “Blood Promise,” and my latest, “Omega Deception.”
I have committed myself to lifelong learning so that I can continue to hone my leadership and writing skills.
