Mike leads L&H Industrial’s business strategy in building the blueprint for our future. With his deep experience in the company and immense business knowledge, Mike is instrumental in identifying new market opportunities. His inspiration for technology is what drives our state-of-the-art machines, software and innovation. Mike began his career at L&H Industrial as a laborer and machinist, eventually becoming the machine shop supervisor before becoming vice president of the company. He began leading the company as President in 2000, and was driven to improve L&H’s capabilities, facilities, tools, processes, work culture and opportunities. Over the years he has led a series of transformational initiatives that have re-defined how we do business. Mike holds a bachelor’s of Business Management from Kennedy Western and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program.
