Hailing from Northern Ontario Canada, Christopher has struggled for a lot of his life with undiagnosed and untreated trauma, shame and despair.
With an analytical background in Mathematics and Computer Engineering, Christopher attacked the mental health problem with a variety of tools and professional help.
With no original intention to write poetry for release, documenting his journey out of his “dark place” and finding hope felt like a natural extension and was incredibly helpful. The wish now is to help others - even one person - share this pain and ultimately the resolution to finding hope once again.
Christopher has raised 3 incredible children, and is looking forward to a slightly quieter life moving back north with his dog Opee.
