I have been a teacher for 23 years. 15 years have been in the elementary general education classroom, 4 years have been in the middle school math classroom, and for the last few years, I have been a physical education teacher. My experience with children and parenting is extensive. From different types of learners, to students with attention issues, to students on the ASD spectrum, and to students with physical limitations, I pride myself on opening my arms and heart to all. My passion about the learning process doesn't stop at children. I am working to promote self-care and mental health for adolescents and adults as well.
