Naomi is from Los Angeles, CA, but lives in London with her husband and sons. She has a BA in Art History and Theatre from Franklin and Marshall College, an MFA in Staging Shakespeare from Exeter University and a PGDip Merit in EU, US and UK Copyright Law. When she was 16, she worked in Washington DC as a Page in the US House of Representatives. The extensive journals she kept as a page enabled her to write 'By Page' from her 16 year old self's point of view. Prior to being a Page, she wanted to work in politics. After Paging, she dedicated her life to the Arts. She has worked extensively in theatre, and her most produced play, Madman William, has been hailed on both sides of the Atlantic as an overwhelming success. The Washington Post said it was ‘witty’ with ‘bright dialogue’ and ‘enough smarts and whimsy to keep Shakespeare buffs entertained’. The Stratford Herald agreed; “Madman William is a daring and imaginative play by young American playwright Naomi Clare Wallace, who explores and involves the Bard’s work within a wonderfully structured script.” And the Exeter Expose said, “Madman William is an outstanding play. The unique plot gives the lucky audience an insight into the imagination and dreams of a theatrical genius.” Shakespeare's Ripper is the result of years of study into Shakespeare, Elizabethan Secret Societies, and also strangely, Jack The Ripper. She works full time in music, and under her married name, Naomi Asher, she adapted the 'Plain and Simple Guide to Music Publishing (UK Edition)' to the UK market. She wants to thank her friends and family for being so amazingly supportive of all her ventures.
