He is currently a pediatric anesthesiologist in private practice but he spent 14 years in academic medicine and has directed the educational programs of residents and fellows in pediatric anesthesia a times during this 14 years. He has been active in christian education for most of his life. He continues to be a teacher of the Bible in his local church.
