Nayjuana Stephens is a change agent, who grew up in a Christian home where her father was the senior pastor of a church in Philadelphia and in Massachusetts. Although baptized at the age of nine, not until age twelve did she have a personal encounter where Jesus became more real to her. At an early age, Nayjuana has actively served others in the community and in the church. Some of her experiences included: the junior missionaries which involved children visiting sick and shut-in members with prayer, scripture, and singing a few songs; the junior ushers board; the children’s choir; and street ministry under the leadership of her father. At age 16, and with adult supervision, Nayjuana was the founder and coordinator of the Outreach Ministry to the homeless, and founder of the children’s choir in Taunton, Massachusetts (later, an assistant to the children’s choir director after she relocated to Philadelphia); chaplain of the youth group; and actively involved in youth Bible Study and youth choir. In college, Nayjuana served as a student leader for the Baptist Student Ministries and one of the outreach service coordinators. During spring breaks and most weekends, Nayjuana traveled as a missionary to inner cities across the U.S. and to Jamaica as camp counselor and Backyard Bible Club teacher. Her call to servanthood also includes administrative duties as secretary to various organizations, neighborhood prayer revivals, street evangelism, and a host of volunteer services. Nayjuana is an ordained associate pastor, a consecrated overseer to the youth department, a worship leader, executive assistant to her Bishop of the Life Transformation Ministries, the founder and prayer leader of intercessory prayer in her workplaces, caretaker of her loved one, and a self-published author. She has studied at Deliverance Evangelistic Bible School, Mel Floyd School of Evangelism, and she has undergone various leadership trainings. She is a Pennsylvania certified teacher, with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Arcadia University, and business owner of Creative Learning Service, LLC, a tutoring and consulting company. Nayjuana, her husband, Kevin, and their two children are natives of Philadelphia and reside in Wyncote, Pennsylvania.
