Painting and writing have always been my main passions, but I’ve done all sorts of other things too; from being a Chambermaid, Cook, Barmaid, Driver, Gallery and Shop Assistant, Secretary and PA, Dresser for the Royal Scottish Ballet, Print Designer, Illustrator and Publisher, Singer in a Medieval Banquet, Events Organiser and teacher (to name but a few!) But most importantly I am a Mum to three of our own fabulous kids and Foster Mum to many more. When times have been difficult, we've always retained our sense of humour as a family and tried to see the funny side of things and I am so grateful for all the wonderful experiences and interesting characters I've met along the way. Luckily, having such a lovely, chaotic, and hectic family life has inspired my first published series, 'Diary of a Stressed Out Mother', followed by my debut comedy romance, 'With Both Feet'. I very much hope there will be many more to follow as I've enjoyed every minute of writing these books and I hope my readers love them too!
