Before Noraa Casi became an author and master meditator, she was a busy tech exec who felt old before her time. Her life glimmered with the trappings of success: an Ivy League education, lucrative career, and gorgeous family. But for all her fortune, Noraa’s world had become a cage of her own making.
Meditation was the key—or sledgehammer—that liberated Noraa and launched her on a mission to bring awareness, empowerment, and fulfilment to as many people as possible.
Noraa has authored a variety of meditation guides designed to support different stages of life and specific journeys. Her works include Introduction to Meditation, a beginner-friendly guide to meditation; Elevating Masculinity, tailored guide to support men; Empowering Teens, a holistic guide for parents to support their kids using meditation; and Hacking Menopause, created specifically for women going through hormonal change. She has also published companion books, including a journal and an adult coloring book, to complement her mindfulness books. Her 2025 coming launches include a meditation book designed for children and a guide for grandparents - look out for them!
Each book focuses around the societal and psychological frameworks that keep people trapped, the principles that free them, and accessible, actionable practices anyone can master.
Noraa lives on the east coast of England with her daughter and their cat. She meditates and walks by the sea every day and loves connecting with readers.
