Patricia Pedraza-Nafziger is a self-proclaimed “geek girl” with a passion for technology, learning, and teaching. Patricia’s long-term career at a Fortune 500 aerospace company exposed her to many challenges associated with the rapid pace of technology advancement. Renee Ann grew up in the little town of Milton-Freewater, Oregon. She knows the warmth of close friendships and the joys of family, but also, the feelings of extreme loss. Serving as a Christian missionary she has traveled extensively in West Africa. Through life-challenging experiences, reproductive challenges, near-death illness, divorce, and a change of mind towards the religion she was raised with and once advocated, she remains more resilient and ever inspired to share her life-journey.
Janice Lynne was raised in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Western Washington University. She has worked in the travel business for the past 32 years; a Sales Director for 28 years with a major cruise line; and 3 years Vice President of Sales for a small boutique cruise line. She has also received Sales Person of the Year Award numerous times. Janice is a world traveler, stepmother to an Australian son, and a published author of three children's books.
In 2014 the Independent Publisher Book Awards (IPPY) honored Being Fruitful Without Multiplying: Stories and Essays from Around the World, published by Coffeetown Press, a Gold Medal in the Women's Issues category. What began as Patricia's personal memoir, evolved into a collaborated project including women and men ranging in age from twenty to sixty-one. Seventeen states and thirteen countries outside the U.S. are represented.
