Paul Kolberg was born in England to a mother of Irish parentage and a father of Prussian ancestry. He began asking questions and researching about religion and philosophy from his childhood.
His early influences include the works of Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Hermann Hesse's Siddhartha. At university, Paul's friendships and studies exposed him to Judaism, Catholicism, and the underground movement opposing the Second Vatican Council.
In 1997, Paul gained access to a vast library of over 2,000 books, deepening his exploration of Christian theology and history. His research and volunteer work led him to question traditional Christian teachings, eventually leaving the Catholic Church. This spiritual journey expanded his interests to include Eastern religions and philosophies, particularly Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism.
A pivotal moment came in 2004 when Paul discovered Dr. Wayne Dyer, sparking a passion for modern spiritual teachings. This journey culminated in his exploration of esoteric teachings such as Kabbalah, leading him to synthesize his knowledge of Christianity, Judaism, and Kabbalistic teachings in his book, 'Jesus & Kabbalah – The Lost Kingdom'.
Paul is dedicated to making philosophical, religious, and spiritual teachings accessible in a modern context. His work aims to demystify these teachings and apply their profound wisdom to our daily lives.
His latest work, 'EGOdemic®: The Silent Pandemic of Our Minds', takes readers on a journey to the heart of self-awareness, blending modern science and neuroscience with ancient wisdom to explore the root causes of stress, anxiety, and depression. By unlocking the power of the soul—our true Self—Paul reveals the ultimate cure for the global mental health crisis.
