I am 85 years old. My wife, Grace died last year. We have five children, 16 grandchildren, and 8 great-grands. I am a retired Navy Chief (R) and a retired history teacher. I coached basketball and football. I love University of Florida sports. I spent 14 years in full-time ministry and 44 years in part-time ministry. I have an MS in counseling and a Master of Theological Studies. I love to teach, read, fly fish, and play computer games. For the last several years, I have enjoyed writing stories. Grace and I traveled to South Korea, South Africa, and Belarus to teach in Bible training programs. We have made 17 trips to London and it was our favorite foreign city. The Red Shoe was my first attempt to write a book. I wrote the story in about 20 days but it took well over a month to correct and rewrite. Then it took several more rewrites. I am on Facebook if you want to contact me there. I hope you enjoy reading the book half as much as I enjoyed writing it. The series now has eight books. I have now written the Robert H. and Tisza Series, a romance novel, several westerns, and some adventure books. In addition, I have three religious books which originally appeared as blogs. I think the most fun in writing for me is the discovery of characters in my stories. By the end of the book they are like old friends.
