Pingway Bian was born in Taichung, Taiwan in 1973. His parents are Chinese and Taiwanese aboriginal, a tribe inherits great singing ability. He has been an elementary English teacher since 2002. After receiving music education in MCC, TX, graduated in Songwriting and Vocal performance both degrees in AAS, he has started his own music career. He has two live bands and a home studio.
