I was born in Illinois but grew up in the California Bay Area. I moved to San Diego, where I graduated from the University of California, San Diego. During university, I found an amazing church, where I was introduced to CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder® at the time) and have been studying, teaching, leading teams, and coaching for more than two decades. I am a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® coach. My top five talent themes are 1) Achiever® 2) Futuristic® 3) Competition® 4) Learner® and 5) Individualization®.
Currently, I do CliftonStrengths® coaching for successful businesses who value employee development and am also honored to be the director of production systems for Awaken Church.
