Risa Nyman is the author of two award-winning middle grade books, Swallowed by a Secret and Spooked by a Suspicion. Her first young adult novel, Complicated Choices, will be published July 2023. These contemporary books deal with family issues, life changes, friendship, and loss.
Until a recent move to the Ocean State, Risa lived in Massachusetts and has an authentic Boston accent to prove it.
