Her second book titled, Messages from My Sister - God is Our Source and Supplier, released May 7, 2017. This project came about as Rita struggled with the loss of her sister, Sunshine. The book is intended to offer comfort, strength, courage, and encouragement to siblings who are having a difficult time in “letting go” after the death of their loved one.
Rita’s first book titled, On the Road with My Dad the King of the Blues Mr. B.B. King, is a coffee table photo book of photographs from her private collection taken over a span of 25 years, while on the road with her father. Ironically, the paperback version was published on the same day of her father's passing, May 14, 2015.
