Before "From Hell to Heaven" was published, Rita worked in the following positions: freelance writer, technical editor/writer, marketing communications specialist, project manager, marketing/public relations assistant, editorial assistant, training coordinator and group fitness instructor.
Rita enjoys listening and dancing to live local bands, meeting and talking to interesting people, visiting art museums and fascinating cities (e.g. London, Paris, New York City), walking on the beach, reading fiction and non-fiction, and watching DVDs.
