His journey began with his service in the U.S. Navy as a network and systems engineer, followed by a decade in the telecom sector at Ericsson in Norway, where he was exposed to a work culture prioritizing employee well-being and work-life balance. Driven by a desire to create something more meaningful with his expertise and build a better place to work, Agile Six was born and has now grown to over 100 employees.
