Sam was not born into a rich or very educated family. He was the first person in his family to graduate from college.
After he went to college for an engineering degree and came out with a ton of debt--which wrecked his credit history. His credit score dropped down to sub-600 levels. Students loans, credits cards, and even debt from housing. After graduating, he did some research, and found out the quickest ways to get out of debt. He buckled down and managed to bring himself out from the depths, and now boost a respectable score. Enough to get an auto loan and a mortgage within 6 months of each other.
Now he's on to something new, something for-filling. To help those who don't know what they don't know. His goal is to educate millennials and graduates so they can avoid the financial calamity and turmoil that preys on the young, and people foster great relationships that last an eternity.
He currently lives in the mid-West with his wife of 2 years. His first book is a personal finance book called: How To Be Financial AF will be part of a series that teaches millennials, graduates--and anyone else--what really should have been taught in school. No BS, no sugar coating, no big words. Just pure unadulterated honesty.
