Seth's journey in the realm of health and fitness commenced with his service in the United States Marine Corps back in 2012. While pursuing his education at Kent State University, he took a proactive step by enlisting in the Marine Corps Reserve. Recognizing that excellence in personal training demanded learning from the world's best, Seth embarked on this path with unwavering determination. Fast forward to 2015 when Seth graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. His commitment to excellence led him to become an American Council on Exercise Professional, holding distinctive certifications such as Weight Loss Specialist, Diabetic Coaching, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Always ahead of the curve, Seth anticipated the shift towards online personal training and completed a certification course in 2019 through the Online Training Academy. Seth's expertise is firmly anchored in the domain of weight loss and body transformations. His transformative guidance has touched the lives of over 10,000 individuals, empowering them to reclaim their health and redefine their lives through systematic weight loss. What sets Seth apart is his profound understanding of the struggles faced by those over 30 who grapple with weight-related challenges. Many of his clients reach a point where they no longer recognize themselves, where shopping for larger clothing sizes becomes a discouraging norm. Often, they find themselves pouring their energy into caring for others, leaving precious little for self-care. Ultimately, they desire to feel confident and attractive, whether it's in their favorite jeans, a bathing suit, or even their birthday suit. Yet, despite trying countless diets and exercise regimens, frustration is their constant companion. Be it keto, paleo, HIIT, or boot camps, no approach seems to yield lasting results. Seth recognizes that a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work. Instead, he advocates for a weight loss program that aligns with their unique circumstances and busy schedules. Additionally, he extends his passion for mentorship by volunteering at his church, where he actively sponsors their Youth Program to guide young adults as they embark on their life journeys.
