Shannon Reardon-Sachs, holds a Master’s Degree in school Psychology. About 20 yrs ago when she was looking for techniques to help her students stay focused, she stumbled upon Mindfulness. As a working mom she was always dealing with the stress of competing demands. It was when she began incorporating the practices of Mindfulness successfully into her daily life, she found a way to “calm the chaos” Shannon lives with her husband, two cats, two dogs and her grown son’s turtle (currently on loan) in Northern California.
A self-professed klutz she credits herself for what she calls her greatest achievement, becoming a certified yoga instructor.
