Hello everyone, so nice to connect with you. I am a writer, artist, musician and student of life. I have spent over three decades facilitating self empowerment in others through personal counselling, mentoring, various styles of massage and bodywork, energy healing, workshops and writing.
I was blessed to grow up in a small Australian coastal town with the forest close by and beach at my doorstep. I have loved and felt connected to nature since I was a child, riding my bike and horses through the forest and spending a lot of my time on the beach. I now live further up the Australian Coast near Byron Bay.
I create to inspire others and my creations are channeled through from spirit, whether they are a painting, a poem, a song or piece of digital art. I am just the conduit. I love living in flow with life and spreading as much joy and love as I can by being in as much a state of love as possible.
I am also an experienced designer and have put this to use publishing two books of my fathers woodwork and poetry, as he was one of Australia's premier woodworkers. I previously worked in interior design and graphic design.
