Stanley Sheppard has spent many years in therapy since he was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Before treatment, he suffered chronic stress, worry, and despair, diminishing his health and zeal for life. Therapy and practical CBT techniques helped him bounce back to a productive lifestyle and find meaning within himself.
Stanley has devoted his life to helping other people find their way back to balance by teaching the power of self in promoting change.
