Suresh Done is the Founder, CEO and Chief Architect of SNA Technologies, head-quartered in Michigan, USA. He founded SNA Technologies in 2006 Headquartered in Michigan, USA and opened branches in Hyderabad (2013), Telangana, India. SNA Technologies has offices in Singapore, UAE and many other countries.
Suresh Done is also the Founder of AEA (Association of Enterprise Architects) Michigan Chapter and Chairman since its inception. He led the chapter to a great success with his vision and leadership skills. AEA Michigan chapter very soon became the largest chapter of all the AEA chapters.
Suresh has around 30+ years of experience in IT and Engineering. Suresh is a TOGAF®9, Archimate® 3 , IT4IT™ 2.1, Open FAIR™ certified Enterprise Architect and a practitioner,. Suresh is an Accredited TOGAF®9.2 Certification trainer. Suresh had provided TOGAF® training and certified several Enterprise Architects and IT professionals across the globe. Suresh has helped many companies to transform and rejuvenate their business and technology. He has provided Consulting services to major companies in Government, Finance, Telecom, Automotive, Health and Retail Industries.
Suresh is SPC (SAFe® Program Consultant) certified. Suresh has helped many organizations to become agile from end to end. Suresh developed a methodology called E2EAM (End to End Agile Methodology) that helps the organization to be agile from end to end (planning to implementation to operations). Using this methodology, many companies were able to reduce IT cost by more than 40% and improve efficiencies by more than 50%. Prior to developing E2EAM, Suresh developed TOPAgile methodology to develop Enterprise Architecture in an agile manner.
Under Suresh’s leadership, SNA Technologies achieved “Company of the month” in the CIO Review magazine for the April 2021 EA special edition and in the Top 20 promising companies in Enterprise Architecture.
