Tamara Lashchyk is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. She is an Executive Strategist and Life Coach, a Wellness Ambassador, an Investor, an Author, a Speaker and a Political Contributor.
Prior to starting her business in 2019, Tamara worked as an executive on Wall Street with a notable career spanning over two and a half decades. During her time in Finance, Tamara held various senior level positions including the head of Leadership & Talent Management at top-tier investment banks such as JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank.
It was in her role in HR that Tamara developed a passion for helping professionals advance their careers with a special focus on women. This became the brainchild of her book Lose the Gum, A Survival Guide for Women on Wall Street, Main Street & Every Street in Between.
In May of 2019 Tamara was the recipient of the Woman of Wall Street Award for her work advancing women in Finance.
That same year Tamara left Wall Street to embark on new ventures. She founded TDL International a career coaching and consulting business. In November 2020, she ran for NY State Assembly giving her unique insight into the arena of American politics.
Today, Tamara continues to help professionals fulfill their aspirations whether it be advancing in the corporate world, or finding new career paths in alignment with purpose. Tamara is also an advisor to start-ups providing guidance to reach their next level of growth.
