Taylor Cole was born in San Francisco and currently lives there today. She attended SF State University and worked as a fitness coach and personal trainer before quitting to become a full time self-publisher.
She has dedicated her life to fitness, by writing books that empowers her true passion; The Ultimate Strength Training Guide for Beginners and Strength Training Nutrition Guide for Beginners are currently available through Amazon.
In her spare time Taylor still trains a handful of clients, loves cooking, writing, reading, and has travelled to 12 countries. She also enjoys hiking and has completed the grueling “four mile trail”, the hardest hike in Yosemite National Park!
Taylor hopes to continues to spread her fitness knowledge and insights to many others through her books: to uplift them, give them confidence, and help motivate them to live a better life both physically and mentally.
