Tessa Wizon grew up with a weight problem and spent 43 years trapped in a cycle of yo-yo dieting. Finally fed up with the failure of conventional diet advice, she quit dieting altogether and through trial and error, devised a different, non-diet approach to permanent weight loss. She lost those extra pounds and maintains a stable weight effortlessly, with no diets or gimmicks.
She has lived a multifaceted life: a pianist, an artist, a mother, and a software developer and she thinks it's likely that all of these life experiences helped her finally solve the weight problem.
