Rochelle’s vision for this work:
Together, we weave a complex, stunningly colorful tapestry of lives that are interdependent, truly liberated, and free to express the full humanity of ourselves. It looks as vast as the galaxy and sounds like the rhythm of a drum circle on a hot summer day. It is imperfect and oftentimes messy. It requires nurturing.
Together, we define the rules of the game. We dismantle power structures that no longer serve the collective. We co-create and rebuild institutions in such a way that value radical candor, community care, and the dismantling of white supremacy, patriarchy, and all other systems of oppression. It feels like a deep, long exhale.
Together, we take responsibility for causing harm, we practice humility and grace, and move little by little toward a collective embodiment of generosity, openness, and love.
