Once they begin to hear about my career path and the crazy situations I've encountered along the way, they seem mesmerized and keep asking to hear more. This inspired me to write this book.
It is my hope that those who read my book will be entertained by my stories and learn lessons that extend beyond the world of real estate.
I was born and raised the son of a cattle rancher in Alberta Canada. I spent most of my life in Phoenix Arizona building my portfolio of apartments. I currently live in La Jolla California with my amazing wife Helen and our 3 children. I enjoy swimming, jogging, flying my small airplane, poker, tennis, and nice dinners/drinks with friends and family.
