Tyrell Hughes was born and raised in Albany, NY. An activist and philanthropist, Tyrell graduated from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC. He has assisted hundreds of young adults to graduate high school and attend universities. It is his work with the youth he is most passionate about.
He has been featured in several newspapers and magazines. He has received numerous awards for his works over the years. He and his wife, Jeanne, live in the DC Metro Area with their kids. He attends Kingdom Fellowship AME in Calverton, MD.
