About William L. Ingram:
William was raised in Hartford, Connecticut. He later lived and worked in Litchfield County in western CT until 1977. William and his late wife Maxine moved to Rhode Island where they lived and worked for 36 years in the beautiful coastal town of Narragansett. . He now resides in the Tampa Bay area of Florida with his wife Susan, a retired music and elementary school teacher. Having found each other after both were widowed they enjoy an active life together along with their black & white cats, Mitzy, and Mollie.
