Doctor Wolfgang W. Ausserbauer or (DocWolf) as a pen name, was born in Neustadt, Germany, immigrated with his parents to Whitter, California, the USA in 1957.
There I graduated from Lowel High school. He was honorably discharged after his four-year military service in the US Airforce. Thereafter, when he went back to college and acquired a degree in Chiropractic medicine; he retired in 2010.
Now, as a Novelist, he and his friend Writer, a miniature Schnauzer, travel the United States in a motorhome writing science fiction and contemporary stories.
