Naomi Moriyama grew up in Japan and moved to Manhattan in her twenties. Naomi is a co-author of "The Sisterhood of the Enchanted Forest: Sustenance, Wisdom, and Awakening in Finland's Karelia." The book is her “love letter” to the people of Finland and North Karelia, and her enthusiastic “invitation” to the people around the world to visit Finland. She also co-authored three non-fiction books on traditional Japanese home-cooked meals and their health benefits with her husband William Doyle: “Secrets of the World’s Healthiest Children: Why Japanese Children Have the Longest, Healthiest Lives — and How Yours Can, Too”, “Japanese Women Don’t Get Old or Fat: Secrets of My Mother’s Tokyo Kitchen” (translated into 20 languages), and “The Japan Diet: 30 Days to a Slimmer You”. She is a delicious healthy foodie, self-taught home-chef and tree-hugger. Naomi has been a judge on The Food Network’s acclaimed Iron Chef America, and a featured guest on The Today Show, The View, and Dr.Oz Naomi has served as Chief Marketing Consultant for Ralph Lauren Japan, as Director of Marketing and Speaker Relations at Fairchild Media Group, as Director of Marketing at HBO in New York, and as Account Executive at Grey Advertising in Tokyo and New York. Naomi Moriyama varttui Japanissa, josta hän muutti Manhattanille ollessaan kaksissakymmenissä. Hän on USA:n ja Japanin välisen kaupan markkinoinnin ammattilainen.
