Offer Terms & Conditions
  1. This limited period promotional offer ("Offer") is made available to you by Audible Singapore Private Limited ("Audible").
  2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Audible.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, to which you agree by using Audible.in or by availing the Offer. In the event of any conflict between the Audible.in Conditions of Use and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail in respect of this Offer only.
  3. This Offer will commence on 10th May, 2024 and end on 30th June, 2024 (both days included) (collectively "Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by Audible in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.
  4. During the Offer Period, any customer who (a) is not an Audible member; and (b) signs in/up to Audible.in, will be able to purchase specifically curated audiobooks on an à-la-carte basis for INR 69/- (Indian Rupees Sixty-Nine Only) per audiobook.
  5. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers.
  6. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.
  7. Audible reserves the right, exercisable without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason, to modify any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
  8. Audible reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or if any of the conditions of these Offer Terms are not met.
  9. Any queries or issues in relation to the availability of this Offer should be addressed to Audible customer service.
  10. By participating in this Offer, each customer expressly agrees that Audible or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that he/she may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
  11. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Audible to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  12. All decisions of Audible related to the Offer are final and binding. Failure by Audible to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, will not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms.
  13. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
  14. Any customer availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
