This is a promotional offer ( Offer) made available by Audible Singapore Private Limited ( Audible).
The points below identifies the benefits that the customers will receive under this Offer, along with the manner in which such benefits will be provided.
Benefit 1
Customers who purchase single day passes for the Comic Con event held at New Delhi from 9 to 11 Dec. 2023 ( Event) will be entitled to receive 2 months free trial of Audible membership.
How will benefit be provided : Code to avail this benefit will be provided in the goodie bag provided by Comic Con when purchasing the single day pass.
Benefit 2
Customers who purchase super fan passes for the Event will be entitled to receive 3 months free trial of Audible membership.
How will benefit be provided : Code to avail this benefit will be provided in the goodie bag provided by Comic Con when purchasing the super fan pass.
Benefit 3
Customers who visit the Audible kiosk at the Event and engage in such activities as are specified will be entitled to receive 2months free trial of Audible membership.
How will benefit be provided : QR code will be provided at the back of the souvenir provided at the kiosk.
Benefit 4
Customers in the Comic Con mailing list will be entitled to receive 2month free trial of Audible membership.
How will benefit be provided : Code to avail this benefit will be included in the communication sent by Comic Con.
  1. Post the expiry of the benefit, the customers will move to paid Audible membership in accordance with the underlying terms and conditions ( available here ).
  2. Existing Audible members or previous Audible members are not eligible to avail the benefits under this Offer.
  3. All codes provided under this Offer are valid until 5th Jan 2023 To avail the benefit under this Offer, complete the following steps – on the redemption page, use the promo code on the voucher to avail the free trial benefit.
  4. The benefit under this offer can only be availed once per customer.
  5. Audible reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by such customer for the purpose of availing the Offer.
  6. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefit under this Offer.
  7. Audible reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice and reserves the right to remove / withdraw this Offer from at any time and without any prior notice.
  8. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  9. You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. You will not have any claim against Audible with respect to the same, including on account of not receiving codes within the goodie bags or in any Event related communication.
  10. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.
